Director of the International Center for the Environment and Health (ICEH), of the Intercet, Ltd. Group, since 1994. Previously, Director of Human Toxicology and Risk Assessment at the National Academy of Sciences/National Research Council (NAS/NRC) for approximately 12 years. Directed Studies at Borriston Research Laboratories, the Mitre Corporation, SriInternational, and Ciba-Geigy Corporation. Chaired or Served on Several Committees Dealing with the Review and Validation of Toxicity Studies, the Development of New Test Protocols, and the Emergency Response to Chemical Accidents. Serves on the Centers for Disease Control Committee on Acceptable Exposures to Chemical Warfare Agents, the Emergency Response Planning Committee of American Industrial Hygiene Association, and the U.S. Federal Interagency Committee on Acute Emergency Toxicity Planning.
